Being Theraputic_Session A_2013

In this series, I'll speak to hearts and minds of readers in finding your way back through the breathless feeling of a storm. No one knows the truth unless you've been through counseling and sometimes hurting so bad but can't embrace the pain . Not to mention, the moment whereas there's peace again and the body doesn't want to stop breathing but sometimes you do. Let's talk!

In the midst of the storm, I asked myself there couldn't be nothing wrong with "Being Me" and I long for answers that would console the notion because I'm about to see.

In the midst of the storm, I fathom the idea am I standing on the ground that's "Being Me" and notice the mere thought caught me off guard and the emotions grab me and  I'm about to see.

In the midst of the storm, I actually smiled just a little while and remembered that's "Being Me" but what about the other days when there wasn't much time too see  but I did breath.

In the midst of the storm, I cried on different times but I didn't leave that's "Being Me" but I took a second look at the sun and it's wasn't blazing the same and that scared me.

In the midst of the storm, I tried to hold his hand but the cold didn't shake lose and that wasn't "Being Me" I turned so many ways and the "what's that" was all I could speak.

In the midst of the storm, I rolled and I rolled and even broke to my knees and I knew that's "Being Me" but what about the bruises that were unseen and still I focused a little and someone said "Become Me".

In the midst of the storm, clothes ripped and torn was the untruth of "Being Me" but the truth decided to direct the path and someone thought "Let See".

In the midst of the storm, sacred and broken I've seen before that's some of "Being Me" reliving the past was a life that shook the ground beneath me and again beneath me and someone said "Become Me".

In the midst of the storm, For those reasons, I proclaim the inner spirit of "Being Me" is apparently but once again the triangular of events seemed to never surpass and someone said that's where you'll find inner peace and the spirit said "Become Me"

The End
