Round I more...

The_Lemon_Yellow_Donkey vs. Gnashville

Your title is The Botticellian Trees.

Botticelli was a Renaissance artist torn between religion and artistic talent. Drawn to themes of Classical gods and goddesses, he defended his works with the idea that all religious revelation was valid and cyclical. Unfortunately, he was convinced otherwise and burned much of his work in a "bonfire of the vanities".

You can use this background to help you... or you can just describe your trees as done in the style of Botticelli.

Or, of course, something completely different. I just thought an explanation of Botticelli would help.

Your challenge is to create a poem simply from a given title.

Have fun!
