As They Always Were
It was him and her, as they always were
Shattered glasses and they continued on their way
Madness is a fairy tale; canopy with no veil
Sat happy on the shore sending their regards to the waves
Now the tides rise within our selves
We may be on the road again, come tomorrow
Free of all the home grown sorrow
Sending our regards to the open air
Guided by the horizons mosaic stare
Tapestry of the open sky
Personified clouds with a thunderous sigh
She said "Well it ain't a matter of all your, chitter chatter"
It was him and her, as they always were
"I don't think you know"
It was him and her, as they always were
"I don't think you know"
