Timely conjecture

What       If              You              Were         Not               Here?

Time       that          blew            you            from             Oblivion

Is             blowing  still.              But            now              sees

The          wind       slowing,      different - and               you,

Keeping eyes       opened,       grasping  onto              passing

Time.      You.        Remaining  forever      something  still.

(This works if you imagine the correct punctuation for the bottom row when reading in columns. So that's nothing, question mark, full stop, another full stop and then as is)

The End
