All We Know
Where's the morning star
Sitting warily in the distance
We can reach our hearts through the haze
But we stand and watch for this instant
Stop, look and feel this moment
Leave, leave today
We'll end up somewhere better
We'll run now and forever
Because all we know is bliss
The only way we're truly happy
We'll ignore the others around
We'll fall trying to be happy
We'll mess around, looking for a laugh
But with arms cross, they begin to sigh
Bliss is around, but guilty as charged
When misery becomes an alibi
I grab onto the remains and the bones
The waves and the shouts, the light of phones
I've only got your words to hold on to now
I've only got your kiss to saviour and enjoy
Oh woe to me, a lost and lonely little boy
Leave, leave today
We'll end up somewhere better
We'll run now and forever
Because all we know is bliss
The only way we're truly happy
