All Scream Wolf

Just a poem about love and how it can drive you to the edge

I couldn’t tell you the hell I went through just to get over you,

you could never grasp the sheer illusions and images I had to go through to say “I’m fine without you,”

as if you could ever care about anyone but yourself,

the fire burns as the angels cry,

all scream wolf,

as you are tied to a table and the reaper stands above you as you say your final words,

and I am there watching you as you cry for me to help you,

I put down my black veil and walk away,

letting my petals fall and the clouds grow black,

I smile from behind the darkness,

behind the hate and everything I went through,

I walk away as I hear your screams from your chopped off head,

I turn around to see the reaper bow to me,

I couldn’t tell you the hell I went through just to get over you,

you could never grasp the sheer illusions and images I had to go through to say “I’m fine without you,”

as if you could ever care about anyone but yourself,

the fire burns as the angels cry,

all scream wolf,

and I am fine again without you

The End
