Youth is not gained

The way we think.

There is no fountain,

No reborn phoenixes in our past,

This is our own future,

You can't turn back the clock.

Don't run from what's ahead,

Don't look back with overwhelming nostalgia.

You can't do anything,

Can't do anything except for here and now.

So don't go looking for a Fountain of Youth,

Just look at your grandchildren.

See the youth for who they are, not what they embody.

See yourself for the wisdom you have gained, not your age.

The End
