My Moonbeam Guy

He's the one who tastes

Of cherry sparkles,

A whole orchard

Blooming in my mind,

He's the one who has

That gentle grace and

He knows how to

Grow into my eyes;

Softly, softly creeping,

He the one who's

Growing stronger

Into my heart;

With those eyes full of rainbows,

And a heart full of sky,

He is my sunshine and

My moonbeam guy.

My vision clouds when you

Walk into the room

Humming a slice of your

Cherry-pie tune,

Effecting on me that

Crazy, crazy flock

Of birds as lovehearts,

They rise from your world;

With that lightning crash,

He's the one who's

Already conquered

All of my heart;

With those eyes full of rainbows,

And a heart full of sky,

He is my sunshine and

My moonbeam guy;

And you, when you sing,

Are like the birds in the sky,

Exotic language is

Bringing me high,

Eyes full o' rainbows,

A heart full of sky;

You're my

Kind of guy!

The End
