a study

i wish i could study you

instead of noun classes

so much richer than a language

more to learn and question and find, i'd

examine your eyes for answers

to those unasked questions

pour over the maps of your hands

your twisting maze of veins

delve deep into your mind

observe your never-cautious smile

look for motives, hunt for clues

get myself lost in a labyrinth of you

learn the secrets that you hold

in your soul's warm palms

dance through the streets of your thoughts

know you, love you

wrap myself up in a blanket of you

ever enthralled by your

memories, your mysteries, oh

i wish i could study you

instead of noun classes

The End
