A Short Christmas Poem

Not really its title ~ will change later. A poem I created as an example for a writing exercise for my students...and not one of my better works :/ Welp, there's always next year >.<

Children love this time of year:

Happiness fits in a box wrapped and

Rounded under the tree.

Inside where it's warm,

Serenity is shattered where joy

Trumpets for all to hear.

Meeting friends and family,

All while staying warm -

Sends for a universal cheer.

The End
