Our Christening

Powdered snow hides a mountain of
the best things imaginable.
    Hugs.
        Healings.
    Laughters.
I want to start here
though fear I won’t end here.
No, not here.

I scribbled our names on the corner of this map
And watched as the painted ships sailed around them.
And dreamed as I slept with complete rest.
