A Lullaby

For those who cannot sleep.

Sleep my children have a goodnight
Go back to sleep so you can see the light
The stars are waiting for you to arrive

Do not be afraid of all the shouts
I love you dearly have no doubts
Sleep my children have a goodnight

When the men come
With their bullets and their guns
The stars are waiting for you to arrive

When you sleep there will be no pain
And soon you will see me again
Sleep my children have a goodnight

I hope your dreams make you happy
You know you mean everything to me
The stars are waiting for you to arrive

When they come do not scream
Just sleep
Sleep my children have a goodnight
The stars are waiting for you to arrive.

The End
