Ethereal Light, Ethereal Night

Sunset across the clouds,

Light me up, bella vista,

Shun that heart of doubt,

For you are made of wishes;

Starlight, dance upon my tongue,

So I might spout roses only

And give only the sun;

You are what are mostly

Dreams, flying palm-ward out,

The dust of prisms, space

Of memories when they’re flown,

Deal to me the one fifth ace;

Care, take it in all that you do,

And bear the truth within my sight;

The good, the bad, and others too,

Those of ethereal light, ethereal night.

The End
