Pray Obession Lost and Answers Gleaned

Everything is not what it seems,

And in the eye, clear to beams,

It chuckles more, reams and reams,

Before it lies in permanent streams,

Above the ghost and glory themes,

Of master, mistress, passion deems

Them all to be part of the seams,

Yet mystery, and hope redeems

Their bitter-edged and vorpal memes,

Before it swears to split their teams,

Or hooks upon their fatal dreams,

And tries to take some other schemes;

Truly it, in the darkness, gleams:

Everything is not what it seems.

The End
