I am going for my black belt grading soon.
It goes for 6ish hours and at the end I have 20 fights, I want to do 50 to prove to myself that I am not afraid to fight.
When the fights come and if my nose bleeds I may go down but I shall get up.
Training is the same if I drop from exhaustion, get back up.
