A stillness outside, contrasts my mind,

Raging and surging with illusory noise.

The darkness of night envelopes my surrounds and me,

We breath, slow, heavy thoughts.

Alertness, rebounds deep in night’s corners,

And I am alone, awake and woken by silence,

Perpetual living in a case of subtle intermission,

waiting for dawn to end the lull in time.

The End
