The author of such novels as the Inkheart Trilogy, The Dragon Rider and The Thief Lord. All have some sort of fantasy with varying degrees. All set in Europe they are great fun, and I've been reading them for years. Has anyone else heard of them?
I'm in the middle of The Theif Lord right now. We watched in my German class two weeks ago. In German. So I wanted to read the book in English so I can actually enjoy it! :)
In German... wow.
I think i prefer the English version :P
That was the first one I read, so it has stuck in my mind ever since.
Well, I meant to say that we watched the movie, lol. The funny part is that it was originally in English, and their mouths still spoke English, but the sound came out in German. Luckily we had English subtitles on, which I thought was pretty funny.
There is a movie of it? I didn't know that But then I'm from New Zealand. We missed a lot of movies. I only ever saw Inkheart when i got it on DVD.

Haha, sounds very funny though.
Yeah, it was interesting. But a good movie nonetheless!
Yes, I have read the Inkheart Series. I think it was the first series ofbooks I ever read on my own (My mother having read me Harry Potter as a child). I really enjoyed it when I read them! Such a cool concept!
Yesssss~. I read the Inkheart series in middle school...and got away with chosing Inkspell as a book report book. xD Heh heh heh...and I agree with Link! It was such an interesting concept! Did anyone happen to see the movie "Inkheart"?
I've seen it. I don't think that it is as good as the book sadly. But it's still great,
Its been years since I heard the name Cornelia Funke! The Dragon Rider was the first book I ever read more than once! I also have read the Thief Lord. Unfortunately, I just couldn't ever get into Inkheart. I think her books were the ones that really got me into fantasy. Thank you Cornelia Funke! Anyway, good memories!
