If I'm honest, Plot Discussion isn't a brilliant name. We know what happens... we all die! Other than one of course.

Ok, seriously. We need to figure out all of the little details.

Please only plot related things here. Keep all character questions away from here. Anything else can go in the WHATS GOING ON EXACTALY group, or you can comment me.

Okay then.

Will we start wi the characters in the arena getting picked? Starting with district one and moving on up?

Then have a quick chapter with the characters on there way to the game place. Each district will have to discuss tactics with their trainer/guide guy/gal.

Next, the characters will meet each other. Have the characters say what they think of the others, and who they think they should kill of first.

Then have the characters in training. Learning their fight moves and survival skills and what not.

Then have the characters go into the arena. Head for weapons or hide, up to the characters tactics.

Up till that point, I think it should be in district order. After wards, have a space of two other characters at least before moving on.

That sound ok? It's just me thinking of the top of my head.

We should start with the reaping. Going in order isn't the best idea, because we haven't filled up all of the districts yet. If we do it randomly, we have time to find more writers. (I've posted a discussion in the collab corner to find more).

Then they should go to the Justive Building, say goodbyes, ect, the get on the train. Do training and stuff. Then we should do the interview with Ceasar. That's a good way to express our tributes.

Then, of course, they go into the arena (which still needs designing by the way) and fight. We decided that people with the most characters should have one or two killed off at the beginning (at the Cornucopia).

I think we should have a basic order, but we don't need to follow it. You know me, I'm never on when I need to post.

We need to talk about character relationships. Friendships, romance, alliences, ect.

It's fine. I made it the first one. I just changed that bit. Makes it more exiting this way!!

I'm just thinking ... if we all do a chapter on our characters getting on the train and doing training, wouldn't that be a bit boring because they are basically experiencing the same thing...

So maybe just a short chapter on that one?

One person writing for all?
MooMoo

Well that could be another option but I meant just everyone writing a short chapter for it, because judging by the size of the Reaping chapters, some of us are capable of writing very long chapters ;P

hmm, One person can't write all of them - thats out of the question, but we can put a word limit on the chapters if it comes to that.

besides, even if they're doing the same thing, everyone interprets things differently, its good to have every tributes imput on the training as well as giving the readers an insight into the characters personality adn the plans for the arena - enticing them to relate and get attached to certain characters and providing more sponsers.

Yup. But with twelve characters, that means twenty four chapters before we are in the arena! Wowzers!

point taken. but what else can we really do?

@MooMoo You have a good point there, it will get very repetative. I think @elf's idea is good, but t might be a bit too much work for one person. Maybe a couple can write that.

Besides, the train isn't the important bit, training is as @Luna101 pointed out. Most of our possible sponsers are waiting to see the training to see who they're gonna sponser. A few people have told me they will sponser, but they'll do that when we get into the arena.

I think the priority is the training and the interviews. I think a few people should write these, because even if we write small chapters, there'll still be tonnes of chapters.

If anyone is willing to, a couple of authors should write the training and interviews, if we tell them our interiew angle, so they don't make any mistakes.

OR

Just thought of a good idea. We could write our chapters but send them to someone and post them together. I could make a group for that if you think that's a better idea.

Yeah. In terms of the trains and the devising of strategies that can be left alone to make it more of a mystery to how each tribute will react to certain things, will they do this or that, follow a plan or just make it up as they go along.

I agree. We should make another group with a few select authors - preferrably the ones with the time to do it and coordinate the chapters and post them together in lots of two or whatever.

We can even have someone post the training chapter maybe from the p.o.v of one of the gamemakers, since they see everything that goes on in the training. Including the private sessions.

Yeh, that seems good. Have a discussion made where you say what you character does in the private one. Some one puts them together into a chapter and then who will rate them?? How??
