here are the previous character description which i guess we should edit now xD

Name: Elias
Age: ??? (looks early-twenties)
Species: Vampire; Vourdalak
Description: Short, styled blond hair and coal grey eyes (contacts), slender build concealing his strength, 6'0 tall, very pale skin. Usually always a childish grin plastered across his chiselled face.
Personality: Elias is a bit of joker with a sometimes manic edge to him. He doesn't tend to take thing very seriously and those he meet who do, he calls silly, immature name's. Elias has an obsession with top hats and enjoys freaking people out for kicks. Elias will go to the ends of the universe to protect someone he cares for. Though he is generally a happy person, when he feels down, he's goes to the extreme.
Mini Bio: Elias has been alive for a extremely long time and is part of the very first line of vampires to ever exist. Though his various half brothers and sisters have turned people into vampires, he himself never has. Believing a mortal existence to be a gift.

Name: Noel
Age: 19
Species: Human
Description: Out-of-control wild fiery curls and piercing jade eyes. Short, 5'7. Rich caramel skin tone marred with various scars. High cheekbones and thick lashes, a frown is almost always on her face.
Personality: Noel is stubborn and mistrustful. She'll do anything to survive and has long cut herself off from her emotions, seeing them as things that got in the way. She always thinks logically and hates surprises.
Mini Bio: Noel was born into the current world and doesn't know anything else but running and surviving day after day. She grew up with a small travelling group of humans who refused to be under anyone's thumb. Her mum died early on in her life and she never knew her father.

Name: Nicolae

Age: Unknown - appearance - mid twenties

Species: Varacolaci

Description: Shocking white-blond hair, reaching the jawline, blood red eyes. Tall, 6'3 (though not commonly noticed as he often sits), lean and pale-skinned. Long, black nails, a piercing in his left lobe with a moonstone gem.

Personality: Feared and respected as the leader of the most powerful race, though his attitude is nonchalant. He has a dark humour, and often finds Elias infuriating by his pranks, though they remain friends to ally the Varacolaci and Vourdalak. He is usually calm and composed, but so help those who release his temper. His ability to control lunar cycles and eclipses means that the Lycanthrope remain on his good side lest he tamper with their shifting cycle (I wasn't sure if the Lycanthrope change with the moon as werewolves usually do. If not, no worries.) He takes a keen interest in human women, and unlike Elias, changes them without care, though loses interest in them soon after he's had his fun.

Mini-bio:He was elected as the leader of the Varacolaci by majority vote, though it wasn't his wish to have so much responsibility. He first met Elias during a night hunt, who chided him for recklessly turning victims. Though Nicolae acts as if he hates him and puts up with him for the purpose of the treaty, he trusts Elias most of all and counts him as his only friend. He instructs his Varacolaci lessers to attack Noel's travelling group and kidnaps several of them...

Name: Ekaterina (Kat, Kate) Kolesnikov
Age: 19
Species: shape shifter
Appearance: White blonde hair that falls straight to her waist and light grey-blueish eyes. Pale skin to match her white hair. Thin, not very muscular or strong. About 5'8" in height. Often has a scowl on her face.
Personality: Doesn't like to trust people at all but will get along with those she has to. Some people say she has no sense of humour, she does it's just that she doesn't like to show her feelings or let people know how she feels. Very independent and despises help, despite the customs in her home country of helping women. She will only travel if her brother, Dmitriy, is with her.
History: Originally born in Moscow, Russia, Russian is her first language and English her second. Her parents fled Moscow when she was about 5 because of political persecution, escaping to the US.

Name: Dmitriy Kolesnikov
Age: 22
Species: shape shifter
Appearance: Short, stark black hair that greatly contrasts his younger sister's but her same grey-blue eyes and pale skin. Muscular and strong, standing about 6'2". Smiles a lot more than Ekaterina.
Personality: The joker of the two siblings and hates it when his sister gets cranky - which is nearly always. Trusts too easily, so leaves trust to Ekaterina who is a better judge of character. He likes to spend time with people and talk to them. Very dependent on his sister for a lot of things but hates it when someone other than her offers to help. Born in Russia and brought up there, he still has automatic instincts to help women among other things.
History: Originally born in Moscow, Russia, Russian is his first language and English his second. His parents fled Moscow when he was about 8 because of political persecution, escaping to the US. Dmitriy remembers a lot more than Ekaterina does of their country and so she often gets him to tell her stories.

As for storyline, events, setting, that kind of stuff. Just suggest I guess :)

Awesome. Well, I think your initial ideas were a pretty good start. I think we should go along the lines of the secret societies wanting to become public, and somebody stumbling upon them (could very well be Noel as you said). Obviously, they can't be the species they were in the last collab, but Elias and Nicolae could just belong in different factions that are trying to ally instead.
I also think it would be cool if the lycan/werewolves were under the control of the vampires, though conspiring to break out, maybe the vampires have a weapon or something that allows them to be controlled. Not sure.

What species could Ekaterina and Dmitriy be?

They could still be shapeshifters, or half-breeds. They could be people that Noel knows that aren't what they appear to be, something like that, and when she finds out, or indeed whoever it is who discovers the supernatural world, they could reveal themselves. Not sure, your characters, you should be able to do what you want with them ;)

I think I may need to resort to my encyclopaedia of magical creatures...

I've had this idea for a while that the vampires or just supernaturals in general should be in an abandoned mall or something like that. The chapter I wrote for the last collab was based in a converted parking complex that resembled a medieval tower. Don't know what you think about that, if they're secretive, it'd have to be a pretty remote place ;)

That sounds quite interesting. I was thinking, maybe Ekaterina and Dmitriy could be djiins. They're a type of fire demon. Would that be alright?

Wow, missed loads o.o I love the idea of Ekaterine and Dmitriy being fire demons. And I like the mall idea too. Would that be where Elias and Nicolaes two faction be? Or just one of them and they join? I was also thinking that maybe they keep an eye out for humans who are writing stories/films/etc that are a little to close to the truth type thing? And maybe Noel is working on a novel and one of the character protect her from being attacked and killed type thing? Just an idea :)

Yeah, that's quite cool, it's different and I don't think it's been done very much at all. Given their personalities, I can imagine Ekaterina being quite reckless with her powers and Dmitriy pretty controlled and nonchalant.

I think Nicolae could be there as well as other supernatural factions, and if Elias is from another faction in another country, then he could be staying there to see through the negotiations to reveal the truth. Yeah, that sounds cool, like they have powers all over the place. I bet only a selected few know what they really are, like leaders and royals etc.

That sounds interesting, she could be investigating places for the purpose of her work and discover it, but because negotiations to reveal the truth are almost complete, she has to stay there until that time so that she doesn't ruin everything. Thus adventure begins....

Do you mind if I make up a second vampire character? I've been having ideas for her, plus you guys have two ;)

I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem. :) I love the idea of Noel getting too close to the truth.

What sort of time period are we setting this in by the way?

I think it could be in the future, but not too far, maybe five or ten years. That's what I think anyway.

Name: Silena

Age: Unknown - appearance - early twenties

Species: Vampyre (turned by Nicolae)

Description: Waist-length, wavy black hair, scarlet red eyes, sometimes appearing brown as when she was human. 5'11, petite, pale skin, her appearance is deceiving despite her vampyre strength. She sometimes appears frail-looking.

Personality: She is very reserved and represents Nicolae as his left hand, though unlike him, she is liked by factions for her understanding and seriousness. Many have tried to understand her, but have failed. She often appears quiet and bottles up her anger until she nears recklessness and becomes murderous, though very often she can pull herself back to composure. As well as anger, she keeps all of her feelings to herself and rarely ever opens up.

Mini-bio: She and Nicolae were once engaged around the 19th century, the Victorian era in England. When Nicolae was turned the night before their wedding, he returned a new vampyre and turned her alongside him against her will. The two have travelled together for many years, and she has stood by him even when he appears to lose interest in her. She stands by whilst he indulges himself, secretly protecting him from those in the factions who would plot to kill him. She still loves him, but her heart was broken when she walked in on him turning a human woman - something he promised he would only ever do with her. She sometimes tries to make him jealous to no avail. She keeps items from their time together as humans such as wedding jewellery and old photographs, and still holds out the hope that the two of them can be "blood-bonded".

Nice! Interesting to see what happens there :) And i agree with the time setting and the idea that they have to kinda idnap noel to keep her safe xD

So, if she was kidnapped, do you think it would be then and there when she discovers the supernaturals? Or she gets out and then a couple days later, DJINN ATTACK! ?

I think it'd be quite interesting if she escapes, and then over the next couple days, either Dmitriy or Ekaterina appear and try to get close to her/ though it's more like stalking, and when she confronts them, BAM. Kidnapped!
