I found the time to write, and I do think it's a decent chapter. At least my eyes were moist by the time I was done writing it.

For your reference, in that last paragraph the two strangers watching Penelope and Herbert struggling to face their daughter's death are meant to be Geoff and Corby.

Thank you summer. It was kind of late when I wrote it and the kids weren't going to sleep as they should have been so it was hard to judge. (Plus I didn't want to sound egomaniacal *giggles*) Hm.. humbly boastful I suppose.

No suggestions? Eh well I guess I'll go into the Police Investigation. Until you two figure out who you're going to go back in the past to help Leigh.

I'll get started on something soon. But I am still open for ideas.

Do Geoff and Corby want to talk with Leigh's parents at all? They they would certainly be willing to help figure out how to help Leigh, even if they might think the two are crazy at first.

Hello! I know Hummingbird is out there, now where's Briony? A penny, no two pennies! For your thoughts on my thoughts? How about a nickle? *grin*

So, what do you tink about this potential twist - maybe someone is making Leigh more depressed than she really is, maybe in more ways than one - for instance, someone could be paying the kids at school to keep heckling her, and asking her out and then standing her up. Maybe they are also using magic to influence her thoughts at night, to keep her thinking that all she is, is a burden and her parents don't want her.
And aside from being evil and mean why would someone do this? - well maybe Leigh is supposed to inherit something wonderful. Maybe it's a lot of land, or maybe it's a lot of money, or maybe it's an object that seems mundane, but is really extrodinary.

Please *Elo beggs* I want to now what you think.
