Alright....while we try and find a role for Gwen (or decide whether she goes or not, which I think is a bit of a no-brainer), someone needs to post. Something. Anybody up for writing the next chapter?

I hope it was okay including that info about Raphael Greave. I had serious writer's block and I felt I had to get them going somewhere.

(if the original writer of the prophecy was crazy, it adds an even more magical effect when the prophecy is fufilled. Like, maybe the writer wasn't so crazy after all. Maybe what he witnessed when he was the prophecy unhinged his mind a little)
The article you had Soren read was very professional sounding. It really liked it. Plus, this gives us an excuse to round everyone up.
Can we just confirm who was in the picture (who being Derrick, Roland, Gavin, Soren, Kathering, Nox, Alex & Gwen, Thomas and Paul...) and who was not?

@Xeranad, what exactly will Gwen's role be? Maybe she could witness the prophecy in her dreams? Perhaps her Command power is similar to Aang from Avatar (the last airbender) and one of the Command mages knew Greave himself?

Gwen would probably be mostly support this time around, as she can't risk using her powers too much. But the Avatar idea actually sounds pretty good. I'll see what I can do...

Though I'll need a list of the other Command mages before that would work, or at least a link to the chapter where they are all mentioned.

@xKatanaXIV Thanks for the complement! I think you mentioned everyone in the picture. Honestly, I thought Gwen would eventually join up with us, either by accident or by sneaking along.

No, I distinctly remember at one point one of the characters listing the previous Command mages (I believe there were six before Gwen)

@iamkathybrown13 Perhaps Gwendolyn is a witness somehow. That's why I suggested the avatar thing. She is an integral part if the group.

A witness how? As in she just stands on the sidelines watching the fight?

Though when I think about it sounds like her.

i mean like, what if her sickness causes bouts of unconsciousness....and she is temporarily given the gift of Sight because she is a witness to the fulfill ment of the prophecy. If she cant fight she can at least witness the important moment, right?
