@Spook Maybe you should have the Nurse changing the dressings on his chest wounds. That could be painful, but also a procedure they can do while he's awake.

@ Moon Wow, I didn't realize how big an island you were talking about. I'll have to go fix my chapters. Being a hospital I'll go with Morgan's stuff being in the room next to Ash's then. I imagine they'd be in private suites with showers (correct me if I"m wrong Moon, it is your island).

Let me know and I'll massage my chapters.

Yep links can be formed between anyone who knows and doesnt hate or is compleatly indefferent to you. Most Faeries cant uild a link with someone they've only spent a little time with unless they happen to be extreemly practised.
Morgan however can =D.

Hm.. Interesting thought Anna. I don't think Mrogan is linked to Gloria right now. Though maybe she has and doesn't know it? I don't know.

Morgan's just now coming into her powers (good thing she met her Dad on the Bus). Ash is her first link, which she created out of necessity to keep him alive. She's still not sure exactly how she did it, or even if she could do it again.

Even with her Dad here to explain things to her. A lot of what she can do will only be discovered through necessity. Morgan thinks she knows her limits, but she is continually under estimating herself.

Hm.. okay. I don't know if I'll get a chance to write anything tomorrow, so if you could give me hints of what he might say to try and start a conversaiotn that would really help - though I had a thought ):-} (that's my devilish face) What is that bag falls back on his chest - Morgan feel the need to go over and make sure it gets put back properly, then she might try to heal his chest some more, or at least take some of the pain away - since she'll be right there in close proximity with the link 'transmitting' more to her.

AND: Plot Thought
What if the Van Helsings are experimenting with breeding to try and breed the best hunter out there - Ash, being one of their experiments, which they concider a failure. - The baby (from Serean's death scene) is another experiment. I'm thinking that maybe there is Elven or Faerie Blood in one or both of them, unless you guys can think of another non-human race to throw in there.

Hehe well A its up to you to decide about the link between Gloria and Morgan. They can be formed through a strong freindship unintentionally but I think your right. She didn't really even know she could make them on the bus.

I was thinking that it's not so much there's Faerie Blood in the Van Helsings, but that they've gone and intentionally (though what ever means necessary) inpregnated a Faerie, or half Faerie, to see what kind of hunter they could create. Same idea with Elves or a half elf... or what ever other non-human we can think of, though I'd rather limit the magical creature to a minimum or we're going to get really confused over who does what.

Now that would be a little wierd if Ash was actually the son of Morgan's Uncle's Wife - they'd be like, what Step-cousins? Not necessarily blood related, but weird and awkward none the less.

Oh, by the way, I'll be a bit unavaliable this weekend. Starting tuesday afternoon (evening time for you English gals) and I won't likely be back until Late Sunday (If I don't just pass out).

I'm trying to write my next post now, but have been against a block. I think I may have had a breakthrough while folding the laundry. We'll see how it goes after the kids are in bed.

SoooooK I'm stuck. QQ I'm having a hoorible time breaking the silence btween Ash and Morgan. About the only thing I've managed to write that I like is another shared dream, but I don't want to use it yet. GAH!

Okay I do have some thoughts like:
Ash might say, "Are you going to dance for me?" (because Morgan's wearing the skirt she was wearing in the dream) Which causes a little exchange and he manages to make Morgan giggle, which make him smile and laugh but that hurts his chest, then Morgan reaches over and takes his hand to soothe the pain...
My current Ash reaction is "What'd you do, magic?" to which Morgan eventually replies "Yeah, Faerie Magic." Then he calls her "Morgan le Fey" which makes her cringe (childhood teasing memories, if you don't remember from the bus) - not sure of Ash's reaction here - then I'm half tempted to have that IV bag fall on him again - Morgan will put it back up (by leaning over Ash) and ends up losing her balance. In an effort not to fall on his chest, she ends up with her hands on either side of his head, her face close to his. - then a nurse comes in and interrupts the moment and Morgan goes to her room to sleep - perhaps Ash asks her to dream of him, or something.

Any thoughts or comments would be well appreciated. Now i"m off to lunch.
