I just joined but I can't publish anything, I keep getting an error message telling me to try again later but it's been a couple of hours now. Is this normal around here?

That's definitely not normal. What exactly does the error message say? Try using a different browser if you haven't yet, or emptying your browser's cache. In the meantime, I'll consult the boss... :S

Hey Wesson, it's definitely not a normal thing to be unable to post. Nickb will likely be able to sort it out, as Rac7hel said. It would be helpful to know what web browser you are using, including the version number, as well as the operating system of your computer.

Can you send the exact error you're seeing to help@protagonize.com, along with any information you can provide about your browser (brand, version) and operating system?

I will take a look at the server logs, but without the exact error it's hard to track down what's going on.

I have Internet Explorer as my browser, don't know much beyond that. I thought I was pretty computer savvy but if no one else is experiencing this it must be a problem with only me.
