I got an idea for a solo story I'd like to work on a few weeks from now when I get the time, but it takes a rather brutally violent turn toward the end. I wasn't sure if I should run the risk and post it, or if it'd be safer just to keep this one to myself. If I gave some sort of warning in the author guidance, would it still be possible for it to be flagged and removed?

@WhiteChocolate As long as it's flagged mature and doesn't violate the site's Terms of Use, you should be fine.

If you're really worried, feel free to email help@protagonize.com with a brief outline of what you're talking about, and the moderation team can take a look and let you know whether it crosses the line or not.

Thanks for your help. The more I think about it, the less disturbing I feel like it'll actually end up being. I'll try to cut back a little anyway, but if it's really that bad, I'll put it in the guidance, and feel free to remove it if it shouldn't be there and scold and finger-wag me to your heart's content in whatever way seems appropriate.

@WhiteChocolate Will do. You can always flag it for review by a mod once you've posted it, if you're still worried.
