I was thinking of making a topic so that people can post the links to their novels on here and give the others a brief description of what it's about.That way we'd get to know a little more and read each other's stories. :)
I'm writing A Midnight Reverie which is basically the story of a girl who learns who she is through experiences which she endures in the story. It mainly centers around a romantic theme but also has elements of family and friendship as well as moving on. :)

It's the story of Mike, whot has been cursed so that the moment he accomplishes something truly epic, he will die. Now, he's thrown head-first into a world of Ninjas, Romance, Secret Agents and the like and has to deal with it all as mundanely as possible.
The first three chapters were written before nanowrimo so I left them on their own. The NaNo one makes a lot less sense without them, but it also seems kind of fun starting a book with my protagonist covered in blood and screaming like a girl!
I haven't posted my story up yet but I shall soon within the next hour or so.
My story's name is Shine Days.
It basically follows a young man named Blue Taylor in a small town of Canada. Blue Taylor had always lived a simple life, knowing exactly how things will go and how people will take them. There was never any excitement in his dull, black and white life. For 21 long years Blue had gone with the predictability, never questioning it. Then one day, everything changes when he encounters a girl with flaming red hair and captivating blue eyes threatening to jump off a bridge.
It's a romance, believe it or not.

Oh and if your'e too lazy on the clicking, it's about an Adrenal Junkie Spacer Nympho, and what happens when her and her lover's forgotten past catches up to them. :}
When you log in, click on the red "Search" link to your upper right corner of the screen. Then just search for the name of the writing buddy you want to add. Once it displays the results, you should be able to navigate your way to their profile and add them. :) I've added you myself though. :)

This year, I'm writing The Heritage
Its about three teens that live in a post-apocalyptic world (My Muse is telling it was a war). It is a Zombie-fic, and it has a twist that ties into it, so I'll say that its somewhat like the movie Fido, but different.
These three teens have to escape their city when something causes everything to go wrong, and they have to grow to get along when they are all they have to depend on. Over the course of it, they HAVE to change, otherwise they won't survive.
I'm on the YWP instead of Nano this year, and I'm GenerallyGood on there if anyone wants to be my buddy =)
