*Elo sighs* That was my point.... *sometimes her humor just isn't gotten, she sighs again*

I know what you meant, but it's just he's annoying me ... I honestly didn't force him, okay?
Well for myself I finally decided I am gong to try my hand, and both feet, at Fantasy.
I have had an idea floating around, the problem for once is I have no idea where this one starts. Its like having to make a decision which is more important the plump juicy chicken or the long drawn out, and sometime boring, process of how the chicken was made and got out of the egg. Conundrum!

Do what I do - start in the middle of something. Not only does it make if potentially fun for you, but it's great for drawing the reader in. I've done this with most of my stuff, just plopping my start in the middle of something and then taking it form there, letting the reader (and often myself) find out what's going on as the tale goes.

Because a 50,000 word novel needs more than just a plump juicy chicken. it needs to be a feast!

@wickedmirror

I'm liking that profile pic, ha ha. I'm changing mine on November 1st, here and on Facebook too. Then, on 1st December, I'll either change it to NaNo Winner 2010 or I'll put it back to what it is now.
@mollie1994 What I think I'm doing for mine is kind of a science fictiony fantasy satire? It sounds kind of random and out there, but honestly....all I write are depressing or weird stories, so it would be nice to kind of put myself out there with a comedic entry...hopefully it works :O
