A story of a fantasy based pirate story where magic exists but only the pirate lords seem to have the most control of magic, through Birth. Power is transferred to whoever kills the pirate lord. Cursed and blessed magical items.

Basic story line is my character Draven Dragos forms a deal with the strongest pirate lord after getting caught stealing, and kidnapping his daughter to retrieve his daughter for his life. To make sure he follows through he is cursed. I have further ideas but thats the basic outline for now. Please consult me before joining.
Cool, cursed pirate prince, I wanna join :)
Anything you come up with is worth a look Chimera... once again I was not dissapointed... I'd love to join :D
lol Draven is far from a prince.

awesome glad to have you both on board.
This sounds really cool! I'd like to join too
Awesome Bios are more then welcome at this stage, as well as Ideas.
btw all three of you are welcome.
so, are there other kinds of curses and curse marks? I'm thinking each pirate lord has a diff mark and specialty curse.
Every pirate lord have their own brand of magic however the pirate king has a bit of everything. Will explain more soon
ok I'll try and get a bio up shortly
Ok a quick question... the pirate lords are they all based on nature and stuff like Lady Mada Pirate Lord of Frost? I have a rough bio but will finish it once I know for sure the pirate affinities.
The pirate lords names mostly deal with location, and magic a little bit so her abilities can go beyond snow, and ice. SHe just won;t be controlling fires or earth.
ok... I see...
I'll get my bio up asap then...
Name: Krux
Age: 18 or 19
Personality/Appearance: 6' even, gray/blue eyes, Black hair. The brother of Draven, works for the Storm Pirate Lord. He was captured from Mada during a battle. He gets word of his brother's quest and decides to find and join him. He doesn't lose his temper easily, he likes to think things out before he does them, he is methodical and deliberate.
Weapons/magic: He carries a flintlock rifle in a back harness, and he has a longsword and shortsword duo. His magic is based on wind, water, and lightning.
Okay. Slow down. I feel like I missed something. What's was that about pirate lords?
Name: Synthia
Age: 18
Personality/Appearance: 5'3", blue eyes, black hair, usually in a braid. Her mother and Father are pirates lords of ice and fire so she has talent for both, and her personality takes from those two elements, she can be cool and calculating, or feirce and explosive, depending on who shes dealing with.
Weapons/Magic: rapier, two flintlock pistols and some skill with fire and ice
Name: Terren Storm
Age: 19
Personality/appearance: 5'11" Grey eyes, brown hair cut short. Slim but strong build. Ambitious and sarcastic, he dreams of being a pirate lord himself, but due to a run in with a stolen magic artifact, he was cursed, with what ive yet to find out and feels he can no longer reach that goal
weapons;magic uses the usual cutlass and pistols combo.
all the pirate lords except for the pirate king have a title thats related to an element like Pirate Queen Mada whos is described as the pirate lord of frost. All pirate lords except for the pirate kings magic are linked to the natural elements but they can do more then what their natural element describes. I don't have clear restrictions of what that is yet. But Mada cannot manipulate flames. They all can cast curses but their curses will be different.
alright good bios.
Keep in mind that if your character has magic its because of an artifact or a charm or curse that was placed on them by a pirate lord.

@Mycayla
the pirate lord of Ice is Mada, and her parents probably won't get along at this point. As for the lord of fire I have yet to come with a name. Their are only 5 pirate lords.
