Why Am I So Alone?

I sat down at English, tapping my pencil on the table, thinking about last assembly. The boy who had been looking at me badly, Ethan, approached me. He stood by the side of my desk.

"Um...that's my seat." he pointed to the table. I paused.

"Is there a signed seating?" I asked, trying my best to be polite.

"No but-"

"Why don't you take one of those," I smiled and pointed to the front.

"Uh, I don't like sitting up front." I shook my head.

"Me neither." I swept my hair back and tried to ignore him, and after a few seconds he just moved to the front, looking back at me in disbelief.

People started to pull a way after that. No-one was talking to me, and I ended up sitting alone at lunch. Things were just getting strange. It came to the point where I couldn't sleep, my parents were getting worried. I told them not too, but they still did.

No-one was speaking to me, was I really that annoying? Even Jerry had slowly pulled away. I went to the hill and he wasn't there. On the bus home Nick didn't speak to me. Had I done something wrong?

Why was everyone pulling away all of a sudden?

The End
