Jay: Thanks.

I didn't blink through the whole ordeal. Could a gunshot kill a Vampire? I thought to myself.

"Hello?" I didn't turn to see who was there, waving his hand in front of my face.

"Huh?" I said, turning to find Raven standing there, looking impatient.

"Who the hell was that?" He asked,

"Uhmm," what could I say? "It was a Loan Shark; he thinks I owe him money. I borrowed some a while ago, and he wants it back. I've already given it to him, but he says that he doesn't remember. I don't believe that."

"You think he just wants to kill you?" Raven guessed,

"Yeah. And my old family." I said. I told him my story, and he listened intently.

"So, you're over a thousand years old?!" He sounded very surprised.

"Yeah, I think I'm the oldest here." I informed him.

"How have you kept yourself from dying of boredome all these years?" He joked,

"I'm already dead." I reminded him,

"You know what I mean."

"Yeah, hey thanks for saving me." I thanked him.

"No problem. I'm always there for a fellow Vampire in need." He smiled.

"Are you alright? I heard shouted, and then a gunshot, what happened?" Someone said, I turned around to see Shiney standing there, horrified.

"No, it's all okay." I reassured her.

"Who are they?" She said, pointing to all fo the Vampires on the floor.

"Loan Sharks. They're the reason I came here. They were after me for money, trying to kill my. Luckily Raven was here with a gun.

"You guys know that a gun can't kill a Vampire, right" She said,

"I thought as much," I replied sadly. We carried as many as we could, as far as we could into the forest, and ran back, before they awoke.

The End
