I went and sat on the bed next to Ana. She appeared to be in shock. I wasn't surprised. I would have been too. I put my arm around her and she shrank away from it.
'Don't worry, I won't bite you,' I said. I don't think she believed me.
'Listen, I'm not discriminating or anything but I really don't think you should be here. This house isn't safe for humans.'
