When I woke up, my head was buried in Chrissy's hair.
My arms were wrapped around her waist, and my legs were intertwined with hers. She smelled like apples. Strange. She must have sweat like crazy yesterday, yet she certainly didn't smell it. She smelled like apples. Green apples. Freshly picked off the tree. I took in a breath and smelled her hair once more.
"Good morning," she suddenly whispered.
My smile receded and I kissed her lightly on the neck. "G'morning," I mumbled as I kissed her on the cheek softly.
She giggled. "What time is it?"
I moved my hands up to her bare breasts and squeezed them. "Who cares?"
"We have school!" she exclaimed, pushing away my hands.
I moaned as the warmth of her body's closeness to mine left me. She stood and scurried naked across the room. She glanced at a clock in her bathroom.
"We have a half-hour," she said with a sigh.
I groaned. "Let's skip. I just saved you from a mad man! We should all just cool off and go to the beach."
"First we skip because of your sister, now we're skipping because of me," she whined.
"You know you want to," I said with a wink.
She dropped down on the bed and climbed on top of me. She kissed me on the lips. "Who cares what I want?"
"I do," I said quietly as she wrapped her arms around my back.
She put her lips against mine. She played with my hair affectionately while we kissed.
Suddenly, the door swung open.
Chrissy practically shot off of me, and dove under the covers. My eyes widened.
"Hey hon," my mom said.
I gulped. "Hey," I said breathlessly. I blushed.
She smiled widely. "I'll be downstairs making some breakfast."
"School starts soon," I said.
"Skip it," she said with a shrug. She left, closing the door behind her.
Chrissy suddenly slipped out from under the covers. She climbed up next to me and rested her head against my shoulder. She was blushing too.
"Well, that's it then," I said, not wanting to talk about the embarrassing moment that just took place. "We're skipping school."
Suddenly, the phone rang.
Chrissy reached for the phone. She stopped. She turned and kissed me lightly on the cheek. "I love you."
"Right back at you."
She grabbed a hold of the phone and put it to her ear. "Hello?"
Chrissy started talking to someone, who I assumed was Isobel, for about a minute. They planned a little fun get-together thing to do instead of school. I was in.
Of course I was.
We took a train to the beach.
And umm...let's just say the ride there was...umm...interesting...
