Teaky : PubMature

I flush the toilet, and pull the door open. The place stinks of alchohol and smoke, but it would have to do. My mum had to take me into this pub. Nature called. I look at the sink and the half broken tap. Then I back away. My hands would probably be cleaner if I didn't wash it here.

"Mum?" I call, stepping out of the toilets.

"I'll be right outside, darling," she had told me.

"Mu-um?" I pass a couple kissing passionately by the wall. Then a man with piercings all over his face passing a bag of what seemed like flour to someone else. I walk past and he turns to stare at me.

"What you looking at? Huh?" he spits at me,"An underage girl like you should be with your mummy. Where is she?" I run away quickly. What is it with people these days?

"MUM!" I scream, now so desperate to find her.

"Teakria." A voice comes from behind me, I turn around. I see a muscular man walk over to me.

"Who are you?" I ask quietly, frowning. "How do you know my name?"

"Never mind that." The man smirks at me. "Your mum is gone."

"What did you do? What have you done with my mum? Where is she?" He walks over to me, hands stretched out.

"Come Teakria. Don't struggle. We'll take good care of you." He says slyly. I turn, then I run as fast as I can away from him. I hear him run after me, the floorboards creaking under his feet. I enter another corridor, my back against the wall. I imagine a person. Ginger hair, elbow length. Fringe. Hazel eyes. Around 170 cms. Coat. Jeans. Boots. Then I feel myself change. The cells in my body move and transform. My legs are stretched out, longer. My face is more mature. I walk twist my head just in time to see the man running off in the opposite direction. Grinning, I wander into the pub area, wondering who that man was. There's people all over the place, drinking down pints of beer at a time. Gamblers on a table with cards. I needed somewhere to sit, to think. But, I don't. Instead, I walk out of the pub where I see a female with black hair and crystal blue eyes. Maybe she'd help me.

"Excuse me."

The End
