Alright, so I'm new to this site and this is my first chapter. How exciting!
I was having a lot of trouble coming up with a username, so I turned to my music for inspiration. This always helps me. My most played song is Jealous of the Moon, by Nickel Creek. It's a rather sad song, but I really connected with it, and it also helps me sleep at night when my brain just won't turn off. I believe that the music a person listens to tells quite a bit about them, just like the words that they write. So if you want to know me (the real me that I usually hide, not the mask of confidence and witty sarcasm most people see) listen to the song I chose as my username. And as to the question that I used for the title of this chapter, I suppose at times I'm jealous of the moon because her lofty perch in the heavens removes her from the world of man and protects her from being hurt. Every once in a while, it sure would be nice to be able to escape like that.
