Changing minds ... again

I could feel the awkwardness of the guy next to me. Aidan, his name was. He was not sure how to talk to me, so I soon put him at ease, gently altering his thoughts. It was becoming easier all the time. I could almost feel what he was thinking.

Some of it was sort of ... embarassing. Private. I've never really wanted to read minds - it is far too personal.

Oops.

My face started to get hot. I felt it grow darker and knew that sooner or later questions would be asked.

Seeking a way out of this situation, I started to listen to conversations around me.
