Phoebe did not move her feet down from the seat. "Who is She?" Phoebe spat. Her eyes blazed as she gazed into his. "I was gone but I watched you, I knew everything you did." She looked away but only for a moment. "I would never let you come of harm!" She dropped her feet from the chair and sat, looking at the cloth back of another chair.
She didn't know what to say, she was foolish to thing she could have decieved him. She would have stayed away for longer, but she needed to talk to him, to be able to gaze into his eyes, his sweet smell, his gentle touch. Phoebe shook her head. "He had been telling another woman he loved her!" Phoebe let her hair turn back into the bright, flaming red. She looked at the ground, reluctant to look Basilic in the eyes.
