"What's wrong?" she queried, her question breaking Martin's reverie, running her hand through her hair, making it shimmer like a million diamonds in the sun.
"Err... Nothing." he relplied a little quickly. How original (!), a voice in his head said. Shut up, shut up, shut up! he thought furiously. "It's just," Might as well get it over with. "Well, you're... You're..."
Martin trailed off, struggling to find a word to finish the sentence. Perfect sounded too common, like any man would use to sway a woman. Beautiful? No, again too common.
"You're beyond description. I've never seen anyone like you..." again he trailed off, this time into embarrasment more than anything else. He sighed, angry at himself for not being able to describe the beautiful woman beside him.
