You head north and, steadily, the number of trees begin to increase until you find yourself standing in a jungle!  Judging by the thick, wet-smelling air here and the trees that tower well over a hundred feet, you'd say that it rains heavily here and often.  Orchids the size of dinner plates and in every color imaginable scale the tree trunks and curly-leafed ferns dominated the floor of the forest.  Strange animal calls reverberate through the the jungle and every so often, the branches above you rustle, but you are always to late to catch a glimpse of the source of the noise.  You hear the sound of water flowing to the north.
