I sat on the beach after Trixie disappearing, and had been loosing track of time quickly. The last time Trixie was here was morning and it's...at least sunset.
I felt Carter standing behind me, but ignored him. No-one would be looking for me, no-one could be bothered.
I sighed, rolling up my jeans and yanking off my t-shirt so my vest top stuck my skin, I jumped into the sea and stayed there for as long as I could. Until my toes began to wrinkle.
Carter stayed on the beach. Which irritated me a little. He didn't want me, so why was her here? I got out of the water and walked up towards him, wiping my face with my hands.
"Who are you looking for?" I asked him.
"A beach girl." he shook his head.
"Urm...there's quite a few. I believe I'm the only girl on the beach at the moment but I don't think it's me. It'll be a while before anyone leaves Trixie so i'd go back to bed and someone will be here in the morning." I began to walk away, "Have a nice night."
