Jenny began to go through her frantic story her arms waving in the air to illustrate the explosion. I tried too feel happy for her that she'd gotten Taylor back but...something inside me wouldn't let me feel happy. I left the small room and staggered towards my bed the pain in my side growing the more I moved. It felt like someone was repeatedly stabbing my ribs with a knife. I thought back to the breif attack on the stranger and how I'd hit the wall my tackle fuelled by an erruption of air behind me and how my body had crunched violently against the wall.
I reached my bed and collapsed onto it. I winced as my body jerked on the springy mattress. I looked down at my body before I passed out in time to see the small droplets of blood blossoming on my shirt.
