Why is it everyone around here seems to be in love? Mark's got Tallie, Jane's got Regan, Sparx has himself. I'm not overly keen on love but since I got my memories back, it doesn't seem like such a bad thing. I sighed as Regan followed Jane silently into the kitchen. He was already acting like a servant again. I sighed angrily as I caught sight of Sparx, feigning sleep on one of the couches.
"You could at least try to look a little more convincing" I scoffed.
"Did it ever cross your mind that I might actually be trying to sleep?" he asked sourly.
"It did, But since you kissed me I've decided that the only fair payback is to make your life a living hell".
"Could you stop whinging for five minutes?"
"Oh grow up, Sparx. What's the point in you being here anyway? All you seem to do is moan and pick fights with people".
"Actually, I only pick fights with you and your pet. What can I say, you're an easy target".
Before he knew what had happened I'd punched him again. This time in his stupid red eye.
"Why do you keep hitting me?" he shouted, jumping up from the couch ready for a fight.
"What can I say, you're an easy target" I said sarcastically.
"Stupid human" he muttered.
"Whatever, I'm going to bed. You're not worth the effort" I said, heading upstairs and smiling as I heard Sparx moan in pain as he kicked the couch.
