Hola's cry snapped Ara out of his mass of angry thoughts. No, he couldn't kill this thing. Not yet anyway.
Giving the creature a murderous glare, Ara dropped it in a heap at his feet, giving it one last vicious kick in the ribs before leaning down and hissing venomously in it's ear:
"You got luck this time. Next time I'll finish you off. You so much as try and hurt anyone here, and I'll tear your lungs out of your ribcage with my bare hands. Don't cross me again. Or I'll make you wish you'd never been born."
With that he stalked off, still fuming and snarling angrily under his breath.
There was no way he was letting his guard down with that thing around.
He'd kill it first.
