“Why did I leave the Airport?” Leigh repeated the question, ignoring the newcomer for the moment. She was definitely having a hard time thinking. Maybe if she had some food she’d feel better. She grabbed a bit of bread before continuing.
“Flights started becoming endlessly delayed, customers began acting very strange. It just got way too confusing.”
Leigh looked around the room. She noticed the girl who once had four arms, now only had two again.
“Not that I can’t say this place isn’t confusing as well.”
She looked back at the female named Elira. “I can make petrol,” how easily that word came to her now, “but apparently I can’t get it back outside to fuel my motorcycle.”
Sighing, Leigh began to munch on the bread.
