Libra: Now I Get It

Everyone else disappeared until me and Ike were just left in the field. Alone.

“Well that was a waste of time and anger” I sighed.

“Nah. I thought it was pretty cute” he laughed.

Raising an eyebrow, “You guys have such an imagination.” I joked.

“Well we need to find a way to make her” he imitated my voice and winked up at me. Narrowing my eyes I scowled at him.
I walked over and sat next to him.
“Well that little detail changes things.” I declared.

“What do you mean?”

“Well were all gunna have to split up aren’t we.” I concluded.

“What are you gunna do?” I whispered.

“What am I gunna do about what?” He whispered back smiling.

Rolling my eyes, “About Gemme.”

“What about her?”

“Well your not gunna leave her. She’s your sister. Plus you’ve only just found her.”

“And your powers are stronger when your together.”

“True again. When did you get to be such a smarty pants?”

“After I had my hissy fit in front of everyone” God that was embarrassing. I lied on my back and looked up at the stars.

“But you were right about something.”

“What was that then?”

“That we have to stick together.”

“But we have to split up.” I was getting confused and tired at this point.

“Yes. But we don’t have to go alone.”

“What are you getting at exactly Ike?”

“Well everyone seems to be shacking up. Gemme and Luca, Arch and Thorn.”

“So.” Waving my hand around to prove the point.

It was his time to sigh. “Why do you have to be so difficult?” He joked.

“Excuse me?!” I sat up. Propped up on one hand I glared at him. “How am I being difficult?” Before I new what he was doing he pushed me back on he ground and kissed me.
He pulled back slightly with a glint in his eye.

“Now I get it.” I smiled.

“Good.” he whispered. He kissed me again and I ran my hand through his hair.
