Don't eat the Skin

I always like to rip off the skin first. It's always the best part, like unwrapping a sort of present. And then, when you remove it, you find the moist glistening meat underneath, just waiting for you to bite into it.

I toss the skin aside, translucent white globs of fat still clinging to it and dig into my meal.

Chicken has always been a personal favourite of mine.
