Louise stopped driving outside a little store so that we could stock up on supplies again. Harry and I suggested that we should go and get things like portable barbaques and lighters so that we wouldn't have to stop for a long time everytime we wanted a hot meal. Really we just wanted a quiet place to talk.
"So..." I said, holding his hand "How long do you think we have before they come looking for us?"
He grinned at me and pulled me in to a shop. It sold camping essentials. Perfect.
"I think we have around fifteen minutes. So, what do you want to do?"
"I can think of a few ideas..." I winked at him.
"Can I help you?" The store manager was standing in behind Harry, eyeing us up.
"Yes thank you. We need portable barbaques and some barbaque equiptment."
"Alright, come here." She led the way, Harry grinning behind her at me. She showed us the section and then left us to browse.
"Well, I think we should get this one, and some of these..." I said, pointing to several of the things on sale.
"Shut up." He said, grabbing me around the waist. We kissed and I threw my arms around his neck.
"Oh my god! I knew it!" We broke apart to see Flo standing beside of me.
"Oh I'm sorry, I ruined the moment! Carry on, I'll go!" Flo started backing away.
"No, stay. Look, Flo, we would have told you, but we just thought... well, with everything going on..."
"Aimee, I totally understand! But I knew you two would get together, I knew it!"
I grinned and stuck my tongue out at her. Harry took my hand, squeezed it, and then gathered up the things I had pointed out and left Flo and I to talk.
"Spill Aimee!! When did this happen?"
"Well it technically started last night, but it's been coming for a while now."
"Oh come on, details!"
"Flo, you know I'm not in to the girl gossip thing."
"Well today you are. Come on, I'm your best friend!!! TELL ME!!"
