"It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog" - Mark Twain.

Life's tough. It always has been, and it always will be. No matter how much you beg, borrow, steal, scream, cry, laugh or swear at it, it will always go on being the same old detrimental dirtbag it can be. It breaks your heart, shatters your dreams and sometimes just seems to make your existance a miserable pile of dog excriment.

But that's why we do it.

Life wouldn't be much fun if we lived in a world of fluffy bunnies and rainbows where nothing ever goes wrong, would it? We need some challenges to face, so we can feel better about ourselves when we finally do squash them. Just because you're the underdog doesn't mean your out of the running. There are thousands of people out there who have done incredible things despite overwhelming odds (pity our England football team wasn't one of them eh?)

We're all terriers in life's long rat race. Sometimes these rats get pretty big, and sometimes we might not come out unscathed. But we'll still keep going won't we? Because we relish in the victory we know we are working for - and we'll damned well keep going to get it. Dreams can seem a long way off sometimes, but still we keep working for them. They're ours for the taking, we just have to work for them.

So come on. Let's show the world what we're all about.
