"You will lose everything, unless you find it" JoBramley

Okay, today? Weirdest. Day. Ever.

I'm not kidding, think of vampires and werewolves and multiply it by, like, 50! I'd just went out for some lunch after yet another let down interview where it was clear I wasn't what they were looking for but they wasted an hour of my life just to be polite.

So, going for lunch, and there's three old ladies huddled together. No idea who they were or what they were doing. But as I walked past this...feeling, it felt a little bit like a snake had slid into my throat and started sprouting extra heads that starting moving through my body and growing. I couldn't breathe. I was just frozen, my body collapsing under the pressure of this snaky feeling.

It was pushing and growing, suddenly it got to my brain and my head exploded. My body was on fire. My brain was being eaten, all knowledge and memories being blacked out to be replaced by this pain and terror. And with it, came a phrase. "You will lose everything unless you find it."

Those words are echoing now. Lose everything? Whoever put them there obviously didn't know that much about me. I'm 24 and living at my older sister's house, trying to find a job in this dead-end economy with no actual money to my name apart from the pennies from the Dole.

I don't know how anyone else would react to that, but I for one have. I have nothing to lose.

Bring it on.

The End
