"Come here and say that," I snarled. My head hurt. This girl was just pissing me off. I could sense something about her. "Black blood." I added.  "Don't mind if I do." she yelled, and leaped at me.

Oh. Crap.

I jumped out of the way, falling on my butt as I did. "Crap, I'm sorry, I'm really not thinking straight right now," I said, the words stringing together. "I don't know where I am, or who you are. I don't remember anything and I'm sorry I'm really confused and I--" I shook my head. "Who are you?" She flung the question at me. "Genevieve Deveraux." I answered, tears filling my eyes. "I wish I wasn't though." Crap! No! I never cry in front of people! Genevieve, stiff upper lip! Don't let them see! "I-I really don't...I can't....I just...." and I broke down and started bawling like a baby. My wings snapped out and I flapped them in distress. I wrapped them around me and sobbed. "I'm sorry! I wasn't making a move on your boyfriend or anything! I didn't mean what I said! I didn't mean to get all pissed on you! I just can't do this....I...I CAN'T!" I wailed. The girl's eyes softened. "No, look, I'm sorry. I guess I overreacted." She bent down and sat beside me. But her eyes betrayed that she was still suspicious of me. I wiped a couple tears away and took a deep breath. "Okay, I know you don't trust trust me," I said to the girl and the guy who had carried me. "I know that you can sense the Darkness. But right now, I'm not stable and I don't want to hurt anyone and ohmygoshIdon'tfeelsogood."

And then I passed out for the second time today. My fading thought was "Aw hell. Not again."

The End
