You sigh and take another glance at the clock - 5:47 am. Slamming the phone back into the cradle, you head for the bathroom.
You think to yourself: Why can't people murder other people in the daytime? Is it really too much to ask for a little lie in on my day off? You make a promise to yourself: This will be the quickest closed case ever.
You hop in the shower, wash, wash your hair and get out again. Dressing, you choose something smart, but not pompous.
You grab everything you think you'll need and take the short walk to your car. Before getting in, you reach across to the glove compartment ("Why is it even called that?" you think) and get your gun and holster.
Strapping it to your side, you make sure that the safety trigger is on. After all, you wouldn't want an accident, would you?
Sitting down in the driver's seat, you turn the key in the ignition. Slamming the door shut, you drive off to your destination.

You whizz along the motor way. It's abandoned now. Just like it would have been at 6:00 this morning. The rush to work has subsided and the road is clear once again.
The wind ruffles through your hair. It feels good. You instantly feel less stressed.
You spot something on the horizon. You get excited for a moment, but you quickly realize it's just another car. There's something different though.
It's driving straight for you!
Quick! What do you do?
