Wiping away my tears, I got ready for class by packing my bag and materials ready. I left a little later after Alex as my lesson didn't start till a half hour but yet I made my way towards the building, trying to avoid the stares I got from familiar friends who now labelled me as an outcast. I passed Robbie on the way but giving him the cold shoulder was satisfying enough when I heard him call my name.
Once I entered class, things went by in a whiz. Academically, I was enjoying things in university. Life was so much more different and I was getting the real taste of the future and who I wanted to be...or who I wanted to be with. A grin came to my face when Will struck my mind but I quickly hid it when I got the weird stares from people around me; smiling to myself.
She is so going to love the surprise I have for her. Just like she'd made one for me, I'm sure she deserved an awesome one back. It took me awhile to figure out what I could give to her that would be equal to the level of what she'd done for me. But once I found it, I couldn't help but be excited for this day.
After class finished and I'd returned to my room and changed into better clothes, I made my way towards the entrance of the park, a skip in each step I made. We'd decided to meet her and I waited patiently for her. When I saw her approaching figure, a smile made its way to my face automatically.
"Will!" I gave her a hug which she returned with an additional kiss. Smiling, I took hold of her hand and led her into the park.
"Where are you taking me?" She asked as I led her through more bushes of green going off the usual course for visitors at the park and heading into the forest. "Alex, are you sure it's okay to be here?"
Leading her through the trees and shrubbery, I made my way past the tall willow tree, the one beyond which was a garden filled with a variety of beautiful flowers and plants. I could hear Will gasp to my side and I grinned.
"What do you think?"
Located in the middle of the exotic garden was a single bench. Romantic as it was, I awaited her reply and she said, "It's beautiful. Alex, why didn't you tell me before? I would've brought my camera."
"It's supposed to be a surprise Will. Besides, no cameras for our first visit here. Tonight's ours."
Will gave me a grin but her eyes weren't quite on me yet, still exploring the place with her vision just like I had when I first came here.
"I'm surprised that you didn't find this place before actually. Seeing as you love going on walks here."
"I'm surprised you did," she replied.
"Well I guess I'm adventurous that way."
Will grinned widely. "I'm loving that part of you," she whispered as she leaned in and kissed me with passion.
